Selecting an entire column instantly

Hello everyone. I have a large file (too big for excel) and want to select an entire column from top to bottom to delete. Currently you can select columns using the middle click button and dragging but doing this for a million lines will take some time!

It would be very useful (and intuitive) if you could click at the top and then shift+middle click at the bottom to select the entire column.

Hi Jason,

Maybe something you already do, but the method I use when doing this is to select all and then select the column

ctrl + a
ctrl + shift + L

But yes a one click method would be nice.
