Section ids in the official documentation

It’s a very minor thing, but it’d be cool to link directly to sections of the docs. Only a few have ids, so I couldn’t for example link directly to the section on variables in this page.

By the way, it’d be nice to offer these minor changes as patches instead of topics on the forum. Couldn’t the official docs be a “Read the Docs” site as well, with a repo on Github?
