I am not sure what is going on, I assume I must of accidentally changed something in some settings file, but I have two “Preference” menus now. One before “File” with “Package Settings” > and what looks like all my packages and “Package Control”. The other has all the normal stuff, another “Package Settings”, but this one only with “LSP” and no “Package Control” which I think used to be over their.
This happens when a package (or you) adds a new Main.sublime-menu file that doesn’t have correct content in it. Did you do something like try to manually install all packages or similar?

It looks like I installed it incorrectly, when the author said to install it in Packages I installed it in opt/sublime_text/Packages, which worked but also had this strange side effect. It looks like it actually works fine when installed correctly. I imagine it still has the bad code you mentioned, but it is being overwritten.
