Every time I try to use search replace I get prompted with a stupid question, “Replace X occurrence in X files?”. Since that’s the button I clicked, yes, that’s what I want to do.
How do I turn off the prompt?

I assume that prompt is there because you can’t use “undo” on that action. I don’t know of a way to turn it off.

As far as I know there isn’t one - it’s a saftey thing. I really like it because it shows me how many files will be touched. Sometimes I run it and forget I have a different folder open as well.

I can imagine a situation on which you need to find/replace 40 different strings, the popup confirming would disturb instead of help. So having just an option to turn it off, will be appreciated for these cases.
