ST4. I don’t know when this happened, but my “search in files and folders” dialog is comically large no matter which theme I choose
The text search and replace dialog is normally sized.

You can grab the top of the panel with your mouse and size it down to be as small as possible.
This particular thing happens because the panel sizes are adjustable (and remembered), and sometimes themes have rules in them like extra space or font sizes or etc. that bump the panel size up, and then it gets persisted even when you change your theme.
