I may be missing something, but when I hold down my mouse button in the scrollbar area, the page does not scroll continuously. I have to repeatedly click the mouse button over and over and scroll one page at a time. Is there a way to hold down the mouse button and continuously scroll a long document? I have tried this on Apple OS 10.10 as well as Windows 8.1, and I have the same problem on both operating systems. I am using Sublime Text 3 build 3080. Thank you.
