Scrolling jumps after finishing scrolling

I can’t seem to upload the small screen recording as it’s not an image so I’ve attempted to upload a gif instead.

I’ve only noticed this recently after updating to the latest build 4126.
I’m running MacOS Monterey 12.1 (21C52)
It happens every few times I scroll. As soon as the scroll finishes (when I interrupt the scroll to stop it), it will jump in the opposite direction of the current scroll.
It is incredibly annoying and can’t seem to fix it, I’ve restarted everything, made sure everything is up to date.

I’ve attempted to convert my screen capture to a gif.
The gif is of the sidebar to show the scrollbar jumping back up slightly after it finishes.

This is driving me crazy, hopefully a fix comes soon, however I wasn’t able to figure out how to apply the ‘fixes’ mentioned:

A similar approach can probably be applied to ST."

I would guess it’s only the ST devs which could apply a similar fix.
