Whenever I try to scroll in a file (~59 lines or more, .php files) with Sublime Text 2 it’s laggy as hell and cpu usage goes up to 20% for the sublime process.
This in Windows 8.1 Preview. Tested with and without compatibility mode set to Windows 7.
