When using the mouse to click on the scroll bar or scroll mini-map for vertical scrolling, the animation of the scrolling completely locks up and shows no scrolling movement. After releasing the mouse, the scroll bar will set the page to where I scrolled to, but there is no visible animation that is showing the scroll bar moving. It just gets laggy and stops responding. The scrolling with the mouse wheel works fine.
To replicate, click the scroll bar or scroll mini map with your mouse and hold. Move the scroll bar up and down fast. Notice how the scroll stops animating.
