Screen Freeze when adding Fonts

Hello, I’m very new to sublime. I have been using it for just a week now, writing a webpage. I decided this morning to download some new fonts. It was all going well, and the screen froze with the usual colour pie symbol. I’m using the free version and decided to delete it and re-download it, but it keeps going back to the original file where the screen is frozen. I’ve tried Apple support but have had no luck. Are there any ideas on how to
delete and start again or unfreeze the file? Thank you.

By “screen froze” do you mean Sublime Text froze or your entire system? Which font are you using that’s causing this? Does it happen in safe mode?
