Saving Tabbed Windows

I created 3 tabs in a window (Window > New Tab) and loaded a different Project into each tab. When I shut down ST4 and re-opened it, the tabs were lost and each project opened in separate windows instead.

Is there any way to save those tabbed windows so when I reopen ST4 they will be restored?

Also, is there any way to drag a window into a tab like you can drag an open document tab to a different window?

On MacOS, the facility to have multiple windows together inside of one window with tabs is an OS level ability, not something that Sublime is doing on its own.

As such I don’t know if it’s possible to drag other windows into the current one, but there’s an item in the Window menu named Merge all windows that may do what you want.
