Saving Sublime Text State

Many times I format my computer, and I lost all my sublime configuration, snippets, plugins, etc…
Is there a way to backup (preferably in the cloud) sublime text entirely ?

Specially Snippets, and Packages! and configuration.

Backup the Sublime Text 3 folder in you AppData directory. You could symlink that to a folder in your Dropbox.
