Save dialog sometimes doesn’t default to the folder I right-clicked

When I right-click a folder in the sidebar, choose “New File,” and then press Ctrl+S to save, the save dialog usually defaults to the folder I right-clicked. However, sometimes the default path is not that folder. I think this is a bug.

I want the save dialog to always default to the folder I right-clicked whenever I create a new file from the sidebar and press Ctrl+S . Can this be fixed?
