Lets say you want to save your work in Plain Text file 
you click Save As
Then you search in Fileformat to Plain Text
and save
but you look in your desktop it shows that it didn’t saved as .txt! Just file.
So what you have to do is to right click the file and proptery and type .txt THEN it will work! 
This is kinda dumb and I guess it is a bug
