Sass completing not working

Hello,
I just bought this nice software.
i installed sass package with package installer
and also done this as notet on this website “https://sublime.wbond.net/packages/Sass”
You may find that when you open files with the .sass extension, Sublime Text 2 initially interprets the syntax as HAML. To permanently fix this, open Packages/Rails/Ruby Haml.tmLanguage and delete the line sass.

But the highlightning und autocompletion ist not working
Any idea whats wrong?

Yeah, same here. This problem is why I came here and registered. Several Sass packages have let me down. I have 3 questions:

Does Sublime Text 3 have built in SCSS support and syntax highlighting?
Regarding ST2, can I get a recommendation for .SCSS syntax highlighting and
information on how to get CSS/SCSS auto completion options when working with SCSS files?
