Russian language support for Sublime UI

I know someone who lives in Russia and I want to recommend Sublime Text to him but I have tried to find a way to switch the interface to Russian but cannot find a setting for this. Does Sublime use the system language setting to determine the interface language or is there a setting I have overlooked?

there is no built in localization, but its just a matter of changing some json resource files

If you are talking about localize menu, you can do it by yourself. Take a look at following folder, you can find *.sublime-menu file to translate in your language. Windows C:\Users<User_Name>\AppData\Roaming\Sublime Text 3\Packages\Default Linux/Mac OS /Users/<User_Name>/Library/Application Support/Sublime Text 3/Packages/ In my opinion, why don’t we let them focus to develop Sublime Text core, because just two people is working on it, the resources are limited.
