I have this error when I upgrade to latest version.

This generally happens when you use a third party package to try and replace built in syntaxes, such as the Naomi package.
You can verify if that’s the case by starting in Safe Mode and seeing if the problem persists there. If it doesn’t, the cause is a package you’ve installed, so you’ll need to review them to see which one is causing the issue.
