What does it mean run Terminus: Open Default Shell in Tab in Terminus package page?

It just means, you can open Command Palette, select “Terminus: Open Default Shell in tab” and hit enter to start a new terminal view.

Its not there, it does nothing. But meanwhile I read here that packagecontrol have problems, so thats probably the reson.
