"(ruby)" always added at end of filename in window title

After installing SublimeLinter and the related reek package, all filenames have “(ruby)” added to the end in the window title (the actual filename is unchanged). I’ve uninstalled the above two packages and restarted, but the (ruby) remains. Below is a picture of what I’m talking about (running Ubuntu 16.04 & Sublime Text 3 Build 3143):

Any idea how to deal with this and hopefully have it so I can use the SublimeLinter package without the (ruby)?

Project menu -> Remove all folders from project
