So how can I get refund? It’s really not usfull to me without it. and I saw that the problem goes way back to 2013

That’s usually what the “indefinite trial period” is for: So you can make sure that the product is to your liking before you buy it. Considering that, I don’t know if you can still get a refund and I can’t say I’ve heard of anyone receiving one, but I also haven’t heard of anyone trying and being denied.
