Right-Click Menu Opening Too Low

My Linux version: Linux ws000083 4.19.0-8-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.19.98-1 (2020-01-26) x86_64 GNU/Linux

When right-clicking in both Sublime Text and Sublime Merge, the menu will open only on the lower 60% of the screen. This causes longer menus (such as SideBarEnhancement) to be unreachable. When right-clicking on the lower 60% of the screen the menu opens from where the mouse pointer is located. The X-axis does not seem to be affected.

Which version of Sublime Text are you using? Are you using wayland or X?
