When your requesting a copy of your retieval key at the page where it says to input your email. It should say “WILL BE CHARGED ANOTHER $80 FOR COPY”

Hi @Programmerguy,
When retrieving your licensed key, it sends the original license email (including the original invoice data). You should never be charged a second time for retrieving a license key.
