Restart Ctrl + D cycling

Very often when I use ctrl + d to cycle through same/similar items I want to go back to the first items selected. So what I do is select an item again and press ctrl + d. So I’ve been having this idea for a while now, what if after reaching the end of the selected items, a QUICK DOUBLE ctrl + d restarted the cycling again?

For instance:

abf (selected)
abf (selected)
abf (selected)

ctrl+d -> ctrl+d

abf (selected)
abf
abf

I think that could be useful, it’s just a matter of making sure it’s not triggered accidentally. Just an idea.

You can go back to the first item by pressing esc.
You can also go back one item at a time by pressing superU (“soft undo”) (at least on Mac).
