Responsive layout (auto-hide sidebar/minimap)

#1

I often find myself running a browser and Sublime side by side.
When Sublime is full-screen, I’d to have everything displayed (Sidebar/Minimap), etc.
However, below a certain width, the sidebar and the minimap take too much screen real estate.

I switch often between full screen and half screen mode, and I’d like it to automatically hide and show the sidebar/minimap depending on the width of the Sublime window.

This is conceptually similar to responsive layout in CSS, but doesn’t need to be so elaborate.
