[Resolved] (Windows) Operator Mono font doesn't appear to work

#1

I can’t seem to get the “Operator Mono” font to work on Windows, though it seems to work just fine on my Mac.

Here’s what my settings look like with “Envy Code R”:

New users can’t upload more than one photo per post, so I’ll just ask that you take my word for it that when I change the “Envy Code R” field to “Operator Mono” that it falls back to a default non-fix-width font. I’ve confirmed in multiple programs such as Notepad and Chrome’s Secure Shell extension that the font is called “Operator Mono” with a space, no underscore, etc, and the font appears to be working in those programs.

Any ideas? Again, the font appears to work just fine on my Mac, but for some reason not on any of my Windows workstations (I’ve tried two different computers on this).

Thanks

Worked for me.

Cannot confirm it’s called “Operator Mono” until I’m at my laptop.

Try checking what it’s called in Word, in case you have that installed.

@GlutenPouch I have set "font_face": "Operator Mono Medium". Please see the following image for your options:

Resolved, seems that “Operator Mono Medium” works. Thanks for the tip @rppn!

The handling of Operator Mono and other fonts without a “Regular” face has been improved in build 3127.

Does 3127 font updates have anything to do with unspecified font overhaul at OS X City?

Unfortunately I’m not sure what you are asking.

Unfortunately I don’t know anything about fontlab or fontbook. Was there a Sublime Text font issue you were having?

Put “font_face”: “Operator Mono Book” in your Preferences.sublime-settings file
“Operator Mono Book” looks better than “Operator Mono Medium”.
