[Resolved] Sublime Text is Unstable/Not Usable

I’m not sure since when this has been a problem, but I’m on build 4180 right now and can’t use subl due to stability issues.

Expanding folder dropdowns in the sidebar is slow/unresponsive.
Sometimes the cursor takes a few seconds to be re-positioned when I click the mouse.
Subl doesn’t respond to requests to kill the process.
Top shows 300% cpu usage from subl from the moment it starts up.

I am running in safe mode to test.

Are you working any differently than you have previously? Are you perhaps opening a large folder in the side bar or such?

Removing all of the folders except the one I am working on appears to resolve the instability. The issue is that I had 90,000 or so files in the sidebar.
