Rebinding cut to a different key works just fine. It’s not related to plugins, as I have uninstalled all plugins, and themes that I had. I’ve also tried reinstalling sublime, and I’ve tried older versions. I checked my open applications, none of them have a global hotkey for ctrl-x either. I’m unsure what else could be causing this.
If I hit any sort of key after hitting ctrl-x, like up arrow, ctrl-s, it finally goes away
