Reset sublime text 3

hello , my probleme is i did alot of plugins and packages installation these days and now i wanna reset my sublime text 3 to default but i can’t i tried to uninstall it but when i reinstalled it it comes withe the same packages , so whan can i do please ,

note :

i can't do remove to all packages cause theire is a plenty of theme i just wanna some easy quick way to resset sublilme text 3 to the default state thnx alote :+1:
