Rename Sublime Merge tabs

Hi,
I think it would be very useful to be able to rename the tabs in Sublime Merge.
I often have a number of copies of the same git repository that I work on in parallel, but their tabs will all show the same name in Sublime Merge.

Due to the workflow in my company, I cannot check out the git repository in folders with different names. So, it would be very helpful to be able to overwrite the name that Sublime Merge uses for the tabs.
