Is it possible to rename the repository (ie. change the name of the repository according to the repository tab) rather than have it just be the name of the folder the repository is located under?
I couldn’t find the option on creation of the repo and I can’t see it in any preferences anywhere.

This isn’t something git does, ie. repositories don’t have names, they only have a path.

@melodatron if you haven’t already, you could vote on this https://github.com/sublimehq/sublime_merge/issues/1072 to increase the chance that they’ll add this feature
