Removal of Text highlighted

Can someone please help on how to switch off highlighting of the two first words as can be seen on the image attached?

How about use the plain text syntax for plain text?

In the bottom right of the window in the status bar there’s text that says what kind of file you’re editing; click it and choose Plain Text from the menu that pops up. You can also do this by selecting View > Syntax from the menu as well. Alternately, you can open the command palette and choose Set Syntax: Plain Text.
