Redo lost its hotkey

Redo function just stopped working yesterday. When I open Edit dropdown, there is Undo action with hotkey Ctrl+Z and Redo action with no hotkey. When I go to Key bindings default, hotkey is binded to Redo action

When I bind it to another hotkey it works, but i want to use ctrl+shift+z.

I installed 3 packages recently, SCSS, CSS3 and EditorConfig. I uninstalled them and restarted ST3 but it still not works.

Any idea? Thanks a lot
