Recommended FTP Program for Mac

#1

Hey All,

So I’m making the switch to Sublime Text 2 from Coda, but I use Transmit religiously as well … so I was wondering what the Sublime community might recommend as an FTP program, if not Transmit (because it is pretty awesome).

What do you guys use?

Thanks!

your question is strange: why can’t you still use Transmit?
i use it since a life (like most Mac users)
and ST is FTP agnostic

I’ve been using Transmit for many years and I think for FTP,SFTP its the best option on the mac. There are others like (Forklift, Cyberduck) but I don’t think they are quite as nice.

Editors like BBEdit and Coda have sftp, ftp built in but I like sublime to much to switch for that reason.

Thanks guys, that’s what I needed to hear. I’ve been quite loyal to Panic for a few years and switching to Sublime from Coda seems like a bit of a betrayal … I just needed to hear from some people that Transmit is indeed still the best FTP program on Mac.

Personally I use Beyond Compare for FTP, but that’s just me.

Transmit is well worth the money for me.
