I’m running Sublime Merge build 2020 on Ubuntu 20.04, installed via the Ubuntu Store if I remember correctly. Between reboots, I loose all the recent repositories. What would be the problem?

I would first suggest updating to the latest version of Sublime Merge (Build 2038).
For download instructions, visit: https://www.sublimemerge.com/download
If the issue persists after upgrading, please don’t hesitate to submit a bug report via the issue tracker.
