Random crash with black rectangle

A black rectangle appear, sublime freezes then a few seconds later it crashes and closes himself then reopen. Each time I lose the changes on whatever file I was editing. It’s really annoying.

It’s been happening more and more recently.

And I am on a fresh Windows install…

What is going on ?

How often does this happen? Could you provide a screenshot of the black rectangle? Sublime Text shouldn’t be re-opening on it’s own unless there’s a 3rd party program restarting it.
