The last few weeks I’ve noticed an issue that comes up maybe once every couple days.
When opening a project file (or refreshing a file having changed on the disk via a git checkout), sections of the code will be collapsed automatically.
A screenshot of this is shown here https://imgur.com/Fhjv1l5 but I’ve experienced folding where almost the entire file was collapsed away in random locations similar to what was shown.
This has occurred in JSON, JS, and PY files.

I’m seeing the same thing on 3114.
I have the following plugins installed:
Github Flavored Markdown Preview
IRC
Jade
Jinja2
LaTeXTools
LESS
Mako
nginx
OmniMarkupPreview
orgmode
Package Control
Pretty JSON
Python 3
TypeScript
LESS and orgmode are the only two plugins I see on both lists.
Upon further inspection, what I’m seeing is that there are several folded blocks on every file I open and it’s always the same character offsets - for example, characters 44 through 89 are collapsed on every file I open. When this happens, restarting Sublime Text generally makes the problem go away.
