QUICK help with creating custom shortcut for SublimeREPL

#1

This problem is driving me nuts. How do I create a custom user key binding for SublimeREPL for opening the R console?

I can do this manually by Tools --> SublimeREPL --> R
But i’m trying to do this instead with a keybinding. Preferably if possible, to open the new window within layout 2 (vertically splitting Sublime Text 3).

I’m running OSX and would like to do this WITHOUT setting a “keyboard” shortcut within MacOS settings. I know it can easily be done that or with keyboard maestro etc. But I’m looking for the setting to do this within User Keybindings. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks
