My company purchased a license for me.
How do I active it.
if I use the “upgrade license” from the help menu - it looks like it is going to charge me.
But we already bought it.
Please advise.

Assuming you are using Windows, just go to the hamburger menu on the top left. Select the Help menu and from there Add License. Copy/paste the license your company purchased.

PS: If you are using a Sublime Text 3 license, that is no longer valid for Sublime Text 4. You either downgrade to ST3 to keep using the old license or buy a license for ST4. How do you know which version of Sublime Text is used? Simply press Ctrl+Shift+p and type: About. Press enter. You will see the Build number.
