I purchased a license on April 20th and did not receive an e-mail with my license key. Using the key retrieval tool returns no record of a purchase.
I e-mailed sales@sublimetext.com yesterday and have not received any response. I understand that the offices are in a different time zone in Sydney, but it has now been 24 hours and a full work day in Sydney and I still have not received any response at all. Some indication that my issue was being worked on would be nice.
