I purchased the version 3 licence and have used the product for some time. When version 4 came out, I then purchased the upgrade, and it has been working really well. Now I am setting up a new computer, and the licence is not being accepted. Please help.

Make sure you’re actually running Sublime Text 4 and the license is in the correct format exactly as it was sent to you. See for example:
I initially believed I had my version 4 of the licence, but when I requested my licence, I received a different one that I think is my version 3 licence. I have downgraded to Version 3, and the licence that I requested works with the Version 3 software. So how do I confirm my version 4 licence? I purchased v4 and have been using it, but now in my migration to a new computer, the licence does not seem to work.
I purchased my V4 licence on the 5th of June.

I tried again this time putting in the version 4 licence, and it got rejected. Then putting in version 3, and it got accepted. How do I tell which is which??
