Project files not loading when reopening projects

Since I have upgraded to Sublime Text 3 whenever I now open a project the existing files that were open when it was closed are now not opening anymore.

Previously in Sublime Text 2 if I opened a project it would open with any previous files loaded.

Is this an omission from ST3 or a bug?

Anyway to resolve this?

I think it was this package that was causing me the problem.
github.com/sammarks/subl-convertindentation/

Removed this and all seems fine.
