Prevent preferences to open in split view

Hi there,

I’m using the Dev Channel build 3122, and when I open the preferences file (CMD+, on OSX), the preferences are opened in a split view, with Sublime defaults on the left, and my overrides on the right. This didn’t happen a few versons ago, and I’d like to prevent that. Is there a way to do so? This happens with all the themes that I have installed.
