Press ctrl/cmd+b to save and run a file

When I used the last version of sublime, I could press ctrl/cmd+b to save and run a file that was updated. But now I use version 3211, I press ctrl+b, the file is not saved before running.

This is a bug introduced by the asynchronous save functionality. We’ve got a fix in the pipeline
