Preferences - Settings - User

I followed these steps:

1. Preferences > Package control > Install Package > I choose “Spacegray”
2. Preferences > Settings – User > I copy in the User Settings the following code lines (as suggested by a web designer in a guide):
   {
   “theme”: “Spacegray.sublime-theme”,
   “color_scheme”: “Packages/Theme - Spacegray/base16-ocean.dark.tmTheme”
   }
   but an error message says: “Unable to open Packages/Theme - Spacegray/base16-ocean.dark.tmTheme”.
   Plus, now in my Preferences panel I don’t see the “Package control” preference anymore.
   How can I work the whole problem out? Thanx.
