there seems to be a gap between the inner viewport and scrollbar, any possible fix ? it happened after I updated sublime text to the newest version.

I don’t think the most recent builds have any changes that could cause that. Does it happen in safe mode? Does it still happen if you downgrade to a previous version?

AFAIK current stable releases of Windows 11 don’t support moving taskbar to the right.
If any hack or modding tool was used to do so, I wouldn’t be surprised Windows’ GetClientRect function returning wrong values, which may cause wrong placement of applications’ client areas.
The black bar’s size looks like the default width of the taskbar or height if it was at the bottom.
