- how/where may i change the size of the window to be at bit bigger

For changing the looks & appearance of the popups, you’ll have to see if your current color_scheme is using a popup_css in the globals key of the .sublime-color-scheme file & modify that depending on your needs. You would require a bit of knowledge of CSS for doing that though.

In addition to what @UltraInstinct05 said, you may also want to query the developers of whatever package you’re using that provides that popup for additional information on how to do this as well.
