When I launch Sublime 3.2, it tries to launch the plugin_host.exe it has installed in the same folder. However, this fails with the following message:
The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b).
This is not a huge problem but very annoying.
Check and see if your anti virus or network security software is blocking the process? Alternatively, make sure permissions on that file aren’t messed up.
Without plugin_host, much of the editor will not function properly.
I don’t think those can be the reasons. However, uninstalling and reinstalling fixed it, so I guess we’ll never know.
