Does anyone know why the plugins are not installed?
I am correctly following the steps
Tools > Command Palette > Package Control: Install Package > (Pluggin to install)
But still the plugins are not installed 
Please assist

Do you see the installation progress in the status bar when you install the plugin? What do you see when you open package list from command palette? Do you see the package in package install after you have installed the package (The package wonât appear here after you install the package)? Which packages are you trying to install? Are you using ST2 or ST3 or ST4? Because some packages donât work with older versions of ST because of some api limitations.
