The instructions found here do not work for Fedora 39:

I’m new to Linux so trying to read the --help did not help me.

Just upgraded my VM to fedora 39 and that command works fine. It’s also how fedora says you should add repositories: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/quick-docs/adding-or-removing-software-repositories-in-fedora/. What’s the output of sudo dnf config-manager --help?
