PHP to HTML output

I may be asking too much or this may already exist, but I currently have a setup where I write PHP and it get’s outputted in the console below.

What I was looking for was a way that if the console outputs html code this be opened by my default browser.
Does this exist or am I asking for something too complex for a text editor?
I know PHPStorm has similar features but I just like sublime too much.
